We are committed to protecting your privacy. FluidCalc is designed as an offline-first productivity tool. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personal data. 1. Information Collection and Storage a. Personal Data FluidCalc does not require user registration, account creation, or login credentials. We do not ask for or collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, location, or physical address. b. User-Generated Data (Calculations, History & Notes) All data you generate within the application—including: Calculation history and tape rolls Scientific math inputs and formula results Scratchpad notes and text entries Selected visual themes and settings preferences is stored locally on your device using your device's internal storage (such as SharedPreferences and local databases). This data never leaves your device and is never uploaded to any external or cloud servers. c. Device Permissions The App operates without requesting sensitive device permissions (such as GPS Location, Contacts, Microphone, Camera, or SMS). Any device interactions (such as vibration for haptic feedback) are strictly used locally to enhance user interface responsiveness. 2. Third-Party Services and Analytics FluidCalc does not integrate third-party tracking software, advertising networks, or analytics SDKs (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook SDK) that track user behavior across apps or websites. 3. Data Retention and Deletion Because all your calculation records, tape history, and notes are saved exclusively on your local device: You retain complete ownership and control of your data at all times. You can clear your calculation history and scratchpad anytime directly within the app settings. Uninstalling the App or clearing the App's storage via your device’s Settings > Apps > FluidCalc > Clear Data will permanently erase all stored calculations and notes from your device. 4. Children’s Privacy FluidCalc is a general-utility calculation and educational tool suitable for users of all ages. Because we do not collect any personal information whatsoever, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. 5. Security We value your trust. While our app does not transmit data over the internet, we adhere to Android security best practices to protect your locally stored app configurations and preferences from unauthorized access by other applications on your device. 6.
